If you want, you can also configure the M3USync program to synchronize your MP3 player with the same music folders that you use on your hard disk. This may be useful, if you want to transfer your music folders to another PC with your MP3 player.

To do that, click on the "Options" button and select "Add the entire path defined in playlist" for the sub-directory and do not use number as file name prefix.

Before using this option, make sure that your playlist is make with relative pathname, else the entire path of your music file will be used as sub-directory name.
